The memorization submission input is very simple — it can be done in 5 seconds per santri. We also provide on-site training at the pesantren until all ustadz are comfortable. Many of our users are senior ustadz who end up becoming the most active users.
No. Gumugu Pesantren can stand alone for pesantren focused on tahfidz, kitab, or religious study. But if your pesantren also has an MI/MTs/MA, everything can run in one system with Gumugu Edu.
Yes. If there are submission logbooks, we will help re-enter them into the system. For pesantren with hundreds of santri, we provide a data migration service so no memorization history is lost.
Yes. The memorization module is very detailed — it can track per juz, per surah, per page, with notes on tilawah, tahsin, and tashih. Daily mutaba'ah and periodic memorization report cards are also available.
Many of our pesantren apply this rule. Santri don't need access to the app — what matters is that ustadz, leaders, treasurers, and parents have access. For santri, there are digital information boards or periodic printed report cards.
Secure. Data is 100% owned by the pesantren, stored with encryption and daily backups. Parent access to data is restricted to their own child only. We are also registered with PSE Kominfo.
